All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate of $5.

While our pieces are made to last, they’re not indestructible. Please avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and excessive moisture.

All orders are hand-packed and quality tested in-house to ensure they arrive safely.

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and resolve it appropriately.
